These plots lie in Surjani Township, North Karachi Township, Korangi Township, Old Nazimabad, Clifton and Gulistan-e-Jauhar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was announced that today (on April 21), the public auction of 17 commercial plots (sized between 40 sq yds to 300 sq yds) located in Korangi Township will be held. The security deposit for each plot is PKR 500,000. The said auction will also include eight commercial plots in Surjani Township that are sized between 250 sq yds and 800 sq yds. Out of these, seven commercial plots are in North Karachi Township and are sized up to 150 sq yds. The security deposit for each plot is PKR 500,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 600 sq yds commercial plot in Old Nazimabad will also be available for bidding and requires a security deposit of PKR 1,000,000. Another commercial plot of 400 sq yds is available in Clifton and requires a security deposit of PKR 1,000,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, 13 commercial plots of 400 sq yds will also be up for bidding in Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
