The names names of the successful applicants can be looked up <em><a href=\"https:\/\/lda.gop.pk\/website\/naya-pakistan-appartments-balloting.php?fbclid=IwAR1hh8VvVHDDieEs2z5Yv9MCoLxjgQ12eis3mkrRTd_92zWLkzs92gAzKBA#pagestarter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, the names of the successful applicants have been sent to the Bank of Punjab that will be issuing the letters of comfort to the allottees. Those who are screened through by NAPHDA, will be liable to pay only 10% down payment, while the remaining applicants will have to pay 21% down payment. The remaining amount for the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-city-naya-pakistan-apartments-approved-by-epa.html\" target=\"_blank\">apartments<\/a> will be payable in monthly instalments after the possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This ballot was done for 2,000 of the total 4,000 apartments, and will be allotted to the existing government employees. According to Naya Pakistan Housing &amp; Development Authority (NAPHDA), the remaining 2,000 apartments will be given to non-government employees.
