Mr Khan also said that all files of LDA City Phase-I will be included in this third ballot. The authority has communicated that the Bank of Punjab will reach out to the allottees itself for the issuance of the Letter of Comfort. However, the ballot for an additional subsidy of PKR 300,000 from Naya Pakistan Housing &amp; Development Authority (NAPHDA) for these apartments will be executed within the coming weeks.
