Under this amnesty initiative, a legal process will be initiated to regularise them after the payment of small fines and minor penalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ordinance will set up a special commission to examine the cases of private housing schemes and land sub-divisions. The housing projects with no parks or open spaces\/graveyards will have to pay twice the price of residential land for regularization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, this amnesty scheme will enable the residents of these illegal housing projects in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/project-launched-map-all-punjab-urban-centres.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Punjab<\/a> to get their power and gas connections.
