One of these construction firms proposed a financial estimate of 0.5% lesser amount than the estimated project cost, whereas the SARCO &amp; SACHAL construction firm won the tender by bidding 1% less amount than the estimated cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is estimated to cost PKR 1.70 billion. The winning bid will be finalised for the issuance of the work order.
