However, the final approval on the matter will be given by the provincial government. These six new areas to be notified under PDA\u2019s authority include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kohat Road (up to Peshawar urban limits)<\/li><li>Nasir Bagh Road (starting from Jamrud Road)<\/li><li>Warsak Road (from Khyber Road till northern by-pass)<\/li><li>Charsadda Road (from Back Khan Chowk up to 7.5 kilometres)<\/li><li>All areas notified for Gandhara City<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Presently, the PDA&#8217;s jurisdiction areas include Regi Model Town, Hayatabad, Ring Road, G.T. These projects include New General Bus Stand, Gandhara City, Detour Road, and Northern Section of Ring Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board meeting also okayed the revised estate management rates, payment structures and Auction Regulation 2021. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/peshawars-development-top-priority-govt-kp-cm.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CM Mahmood<\/a> instructed the authorities to complete the beautification of Hayatabad by June this year.
