Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Directorate General of Sports & Youth Affairs Asfandyar Khan Khattak on Tuesday released the layout plan of Pakistan\u2019s first-ever Sports City that spans over 380-kanal in Regi Model Town<\/a> \u2013 to be developed with an estimated cost of PKR 1 billion, according to news sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project has been approved by the KP Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, who has issued directives to immediately work on the PC-1 of the project, \u2018starting with the recruitment of international consultants\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reportedly, the project is masterminded by the KP CM and will feature all the international-standard amenities. The land being used for the Sports City is the property of Peshawar Development Authority (PDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
