In addition to this, the parking plaza will house a rooftop football ground, a drive-in cinema, and a food court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second parking plaza will be built on a 120 x 170 square foot plot near Khyber Plaza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-to-hold-auction-of-commercial-plots-in-blue-area.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blue Area<\/a>. The 300 vehicles capacity plaza will have an open sitting area on the rooftop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meeting, the chairman stated that the facilities will be presented for approval in the upcoming CDA\u2019s Development Working Party (DWP).
