Gen. Akhtar Nawaz, Administrative Secretaries of concerned provincial departments, Commissioner Hazara Riaz Mahsood, Chief Engineer New Balakot City Project, Administrative Secretaries of concerned provincial departments, Director-General Earthquake Reconstruction &amp; Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA), Director General Provincial Earthquake Reconstruction &amp; Rehabilitation Authority (PERRA), concerned consultants, and relevant officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project&#8217;s data indicated that the PKR 15 billion New Balakot City Projectis being developed near Bakriyal village, Mansehra District, roughly 1.6 kilometres from the Hazara Motorway. The project has been divided into sections, two of which have been completed thus far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pm-reviews-new-balakot-city-project.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">master plan<\/a>, the New Balakot City would cover an area of 8440 kanals. The total number of residential plots to be developed is 6753, with 4273 allocated for earthquake victims and 700 reserved for Bakriyal residents. Furthermore, 575 commercial plots will be constructed. It was also reported that 90% of the money had already been transferred to the landowners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the CM directed that resolving the concerns of earthquake victims and restoring their trust is a key priority. He also discussed the progress of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was decided that a committee will be established spearheaded by Commissioner Hazara, to come up with workable proposals.
