Imran Amin, and other senior officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the meeting, it was informed that development work on Sapphire Bay will commence after the contract is finalized. The Judicial Water Commission issued a direction to the Environmental Protection Agency to accelerate the Ravi Urban City project approval procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More specifically, it was said that a quota was put up for local workers under the proposed initiative. It was also claimed that the opportunity will help about 100,000 families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concerning the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ravi-city-generate-pkr-1000-bn-economic-activity.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Central Business District Project<\/a>, it was said that the auction process will commence in the first week of July 2021. According to reports, a board has been formed for the project with the input of Frontier Works Organization (FWO) and Nespak. The design will be finalised by the board, and development work will begin the following week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/phase-2-ravi-riverfront.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Phase 2 of Ravi Riverfront project to be launched soon<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting, the Prime Minister provided an update on the employment of new technology to combat water scarcity. He directed to create a strategy for the development of a wastewater treatment plant in order to provide clean water for agricultural uses as well as for the urban population.
