CJP expressed displeasure on commercial encroachments on amenity plots that were allotted for parks, government hospitals and schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sc-speedy-underpasses-bridges-kcr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SC orders speedy development of underpasses, bridges at KCR<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While presiding over a case of illegal occupation of Pakistan Railways land, the chief justice ordered the department to retrieve its land from unauthorised schemes. He said that the land was allotted to railways for operational purposes, which is being used for commercial purposes, and thousands of constructions are unlawfully developed on these lands.
