It was informed that the process will take five months to complete. Besides this, the task of developing Gandhara Valley City has been given to Peshawar Development Authority (PDA). PDA Director General (DG) Ammara Khan mentioned that the feasibility study will provide details of all the highlights of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The said decision was taken during a meeting held under KP Minister for Local Government Akbar Ayub Khan to review the development projects of PDA. During the meeting, Akbar Ayub Khan expressed satisfaction over PDA\u2019s performance and expects <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kps-largest-residential-scheme.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">timely completion<\/a> of all projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local Government Special Secretary Mutasim Billah Shah, directors of all departments of the authority and representatives of provincial and federal governments\u2019 organizations were present at the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the provincial minister has ordered the district administration and Planning &amp; Development Department to work closely with PDA for early approval of PC-1 and acquisition of land for Warsak Road- Nasir Bagh section of Ring Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/peshawar-development-authoritys-jurisdiction.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Six areas to be added to Peshawar Development Authority\u2019s jurisdiction<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, the minister also revealed that the construction of a modern bus terminal near BRT Chamkani Depo is delayed because of PC-1 and the acquisition of land.
