Following is the list of the projects unveiled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Gwadar Fertiliser Plant<\/li><li>Gwadar Animal Vaccine Plant<\/li><li>&nbsp;Henan Agricultural Industrial Park<\/li><li>&nbsp;Hengmei Lubricants Plant<\/li><li>Gwadar Free Zone Phase Two<\/li><li>Gwadar Expo Centre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7<strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/gwadar-ports-infrastructural-work-complete-asim-bajwa.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gwadar Port\u2019s infrastructural work complete: Asim Bajwa<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan also witnessed the signings of the Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Chinese government for the development of a water desalination plant to address the port city&#8217;s water scarcity, as well as an agreement for solar generators\u2019 grant to address the power needs of the Gwadar free zone and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/law-for-land-allotment-in-gwadar-industrial-zone.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"74235\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">industrial zones<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The premier also announced various human development projects for the locals of Gwadar and deemed it necessary to promote inclusive growth. Some of the initiatives in this regard are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Establishment of a technical college,<\/li><li>Establishment of a hospital, university, low-cost loans for farmers and poor households<\/li><li>Announcement of a programme for the uplifting of Gwadar&#8217;s fishermen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/first-shipment-from-hk-sun-corporation-cleared-for-gfz.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">First shipment from HK Sun Corporation cleared for Gwadar Free Zone<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the prime minister announced the development of a one-window for foreign investors looking to set up industries in the Gwadar Free Zone and Industrial Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal stated that the provincial and federal governments have undertaken several initiatives aimed at elevating the people of Gwadar and bringing the province closer to financial parity with the rest of the country.
