Most of these projects are located in Gojjar Khan, Murree, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/work-underway-to-develop-kotli-sattian-on-par-with-murree.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"70792\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kotli Sattiyan<\/a> and Taxila.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Rawalpindi District, 47 out of 136 housing schemes are RDA-approved, NOC issuance is in process for 19 projects, while 80 societies are illegal. In Kotli Sattiyan, the approval process is pending for 1 project while two housing schemes here have illegal status.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While speaking with reporters, one of the RDA spokesperson Hafiz Muhammad Irfan stated that the armed guards of illegal housing schemes bar RDA from taking any legal action against these projects. He believes that the RDA should have its own check posts.
