Under the proposed arrangements, the developer will submit the proof of land ownership and all related documents to the Local Government Department in order to procure a No-Objection Certificate (NOC).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another development, the federal government has decided to revoke the subsidy being given to private housing schemes on gas connections. According to the details, the decision was made due to dwindling natural gas reservoirs and the high cost of imported <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sngpl-supply-rlng-domestic-consumers-winter-meet-shortfall.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"62933\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Liquid Natural Gas (LNG)<\/a>.
