The low-level penalties and gaps in the presentation of evidence result in the release of the criminals involved in the act.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the premier discussed increasing urbanisation and the resulting pollution in major cities. He stated that the Islamabad master plan would be revised shortly to suit the city&#8217;s fast-expanding population and to address the traffic-related concerns.
