As per CM Buzdar, Lahore is the heart of Pakistan and the government has begun to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/tender-awarded-for-gulab-devi-underpass.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">work <\/a>on development initiatives.
