The meeting was attended by Railways Minister Azam Khan Swati, the Chief Executive Officer of the Public-Private Partnership Authority, senior officials of the ministers, and secretaries of Planning and Railways while Planning and Development Minister Asad Umer presided over the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, it was reported that the feasibility of the railways freight corridor project has been completed. Since it will be a modern urban rail-based mass transit project, the planning and development minister ordered that a separate project will be prepared for the civil structure of KCR. It will facilitate to speed up the work on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sc-speedy-underpasses-bridges-kcr.html\" target=\"_blank\">projects<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minister directed the relevant authorities to develop PC-1 for civil structures and submit it for approval and funding through the Public Sector Development Programme.
