Furthermore, Dr Faisal stated that the plan is being created with the needs of the country&#8217;s expanding industrial and commercial hub in mind. In addition, he stated that the FDA has planned several bridges, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/road-projects-punjab-2021-22.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"77077\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">road networks, hospitals, educational institutions<\/a>, community centres, and parks in response to the city&#8217;s growing population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0He also stated that 2,000 houses would be built on government land available in FDA City as part of the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) and that a plan is in the pipeline to this effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/faisalabads-sez-underway-at-a-rapid-pace.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Work on Faisalabad\u2019s SEZ underway at a rapid pace: Bajwa<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The APTMA members stated that the city is being developed under the efforts of the FDA, and the APTMA has also contributed to the initiatives in addition to creating job opportunities for thousands of people.
