According to details, previously, there were 2,500 residential properties under assessment. She reported that the rationalisation of taxes was being made in the department. It was mentioned that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/wah-cantonment-board-offers-rebate-on-property-tax.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wah Cantonment<\/a> and Abbottabad Cantonment were selected as model cantonments to implement rationalised property tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO disclosed there were disparities in the taxes of the same sized houses. As per details, the disparity resulted in an annual loss of PKR 39.2 million.
