The applicants can apply online by visiting LDA\u2019s official website. Following are the important key points for interested applicants:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 10,000 will be payable for plots measuring up to 8 marlas<\/li><li>Non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 15,000 will be payable for plot measuring between 8 and 15 marlas<\/li><li>Non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 20,000 will be payable for plots larger than 15 marlas<\/li><li>Successful applicants will have to submit a 20% down payment within 30 days of balloting<\/li><li>Payment of remaining amount to be cleared in 2 years\u2019 instalments<\/li><li>10% discount on lump sum payment of allotted plot<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/committee-formed-lda-apartment-price-increase.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Committee formed to deliberate LDA apartment price increase<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ad further revealed that an applicants can submit more than one application for various categories of plots.
