According to reports, the Chief Engineer will be personally liable for the future insufficiency of funds. Reportedly, LDA was only able to utilise 22% of the funding in the last fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the release of funds, development works will be completed on schedule. The details about the projects are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 PKR 128 million has been provided for the completion of key development programmes<br>\u2022 Over PKR 910 million has been granted for the area development programme<br>\u2022 PKR 240 million has been allocated for the EME Directorate<br>\u2022 PKR 440 million for the Buildings Directorate<br>\u2022 PKR 4 billion has been authorized for the development work of the LDA City Project<br>\u2022 PKR 370 million for various road maintenance and development projects.<br>\u2022 PKR 30.76 million has been allocated for the restoration of roadways in the PP-168 neighbourhoods of Haji Park, Umar Park, and Mayo Colony<br>\u2022 PKR 30.27 million has been approved for road rehabilitation and patching in Gulshan Colony, Niazi Chowk, and Gawala Colony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lahore-master-plan-consultation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lahore master plan will be finalised in consultation with LCCI: LDA VC Imran<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the projects is the Gulberg sewage pipeline project, which has a budget of PKR 80.90 million. The sewage system will be built to meet the demands of the area&#8217;s growing multi-story structures.
