Later in 2019, the government referred approved and under-process housing schemes to RDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was reported that from 2013 to 2019, 25 schemes were established, out of which only 6 were approved. Also, the marketing and booking offices of the unapproved housing schemes were sealed.
