The attendees of the meeting discussed the challenges related to the implementation of the project and decided on a future course of action to expedite the progress of the project. During the meeting, the recommendations of the committee formed under the supervision of the Hazara division commissioner were also discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the participants of the meeting considered different options for the implementation of the project, which includes government to government models and public-private partnerships.
