The single-judge bench ruling stated that the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lhc-lda-conversion-fee.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"78357\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> LDA may neither collect nor recover conversion fees on roads or parts of roads deemed commercial under List-A<\/a>, or otherwise converted for commercial use.
