It was mentioned that the project will connect industrial cities such as Wazirabad, Sialkot, and Gujrat. Additionally, the project will decrease migration pressure on the large cities as thousands of employment opportunities will be created with 40 industries related to the construction sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the BoI secretary also disclosed that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/foundation-stone-sialkot-kharian-motorway.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sialkot-Kharian Motorway project <\/a>will be extended to Rawalpindi in the next phase. To this effect, the design and commercial feasibility study is being executed and investment is sought through bidding. It was disclosed that it will be an extension of the four-lane Sialkot-Kharian Motorway.&nbsp; With the construction of the Kharian-Rawalpindi area, the Lahore-Sialkot-Kharian-Rawalpindi Motorway network will be completed.
