He went on to say that the incumbent government had formulated laws to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/noc-issuance-process-simplified.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">attract private sector investment<\/a>, however, hurdles were being created for investors at a lower level instead of facilitating them.
