The event was attended by Naya Pakistan Housing &amp; Development Authority (NAPHDA) Lt. Gen Anwar Ali Hyder, PBA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tawfiq Hussain, SBP Governor Dr Reza Baqir, Chairman PBA &amp; President HBL Muhammad Aurangzeb, and presidents of the participant commercial banks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details shared, the main purpose of the helpline is to offer a one-stop solution for explaining and guiding borrowers regarding policies, documentation, and procedures and providing information on low-cost housing loan facilities. It was disclosed that depending on the preference and location of the borrower, the agents will forward the calls to call centre banks as leads.
