It was also mentioned that the proposed legislation will help control the trend of unplanned urbanisation and commercialisation of the cities and protect <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kp-to-protect-agricultural-land-from-illegal-constructions.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agricultural land<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharing more details about the legislation, it was mentioned that the law will apply to all types of constructions. Also, it will inform the property builders about the purpose of the land.
