The successful policies have thus increased the volume of the construction industry in the region to PKR 71 billion in the last 3 years.\u00a0 Furthermore, chairman Murtaza added that the administration has digitised building land records dating back to 1989. All of these structures will be constructed as model housing plans in place of the city&#8217;s existing slums.
