\u00a0Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Monday (October 11) submitted three megaprojects for approval to the Planning and Development (P&D) Department, news sources reported.\u00a0The proposed new projects include repairing and rehabilitating Sagian Road,<\/a> restoring the Babu Sabu Interchange dual highways, and construction of Shahdara Turbo Roundabout.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following clearance from the P&D department, the LDA will propose the megaprojects for final approval to the LDA Governing Body, which is led by Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar.\u00a0 Reportedly, LDA has demanded PKR\u00a0 247.3 million for the construction of roads adjacent to Babu Sabu Interchange, PKR 753.3 million for the repair and rehabilitation of Sagian Road and PKR 5.5 billion for construction and redesign of Shahdara Turbo Roundabout. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
