CDA\u2019s engineering wing, in a recent meeting, has request authority\u2019s permission to float tenders for the project again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project&#8217;s initial 2006 plan included two wedding halls, a mini-cinema, a swimming pool, coffee shops, restaurants, a library, squash and tennis courts, and a gymnasium.
