Similarly, industrialists who purchased the state-owned property for industrialisation but then changed it to housing developments are expected to be charged with monetary penalties. To this effect, the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pra-revenue-target-q1.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"80403\" target=\"_blank\">Punjab Board of Revenue<\/a> will issue notifications to the owners and collect fines at the market rate, following the initial surveys and validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another development, Senior Member Board of Revenue (SMBR) Babar Hayat Tarar stated on Friday that the Punjab government is planning to make digitised land records available to expatriates in four countries.
