According to a senior official of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), a detailed design and PC-1 will be completed by October 22 for the construction of Leh Expressway. Once completed, it will be sent to Planning and Development Board for approval.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the government ordered the concerned authorities to complete the formalities for the land acquisition process. However, it was reported that the environmental assessment report has not been prepared, which is essential for the launch of any project. A concerned official revealed that the report will be completed within a month.
