PM Khan added that to promote tourism and develop new tourist resorts, reputed private investors and being brought on board under the public-private partnership financing model. He was earlier appraised that the feasibility study on a PKR 19.5 billion project for the development of New Balakot City as a tourist hub. The study was executed by the National Engineering Services Pakistan and KPMG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The administration announced that 63% of the residential plots under 6,753 under the proposed project are reserved for allotment to the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/reservations-affectees-new-balakot-city.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> local affectees<\/a>.
