The project will convert Walton Road into a signal-free corridor for smooth passage of traffic. The 5-kilometre-long signal-free corridor will start from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/underpass-flyover-make-signal-corridor-lhr.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"78693\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Central Point Gulberg<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lcbdda-auction-five-plots-in-gulberg.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LCBDDA to auction five commercial plots in Gulberg, Ferozepur Road<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to this, the Defence Mor will be remodelled and Walton road will be recarpeted and rehabilitated. The whole construction and infrastructure development project will be completed in 10 months. In this regard, LDA has requested the release of funds from the current fiscal year budget.
