However, it was reported that the SEZs were cancelled because the project was not being developed on public-private partnership and was undertaken as Annual Development Programme (ADP) scheme.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giving out more details about PKR 10 billion RRR, it will be a bypass to bring heavy traffic from G.T. Road to motorway rather than a Ring Road. RDA Director General (DG) Syed Gulzar Hussain Shah informed the attendees that both the projects were cleared by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pdwp-24-bn-rawalpindi-ring-road-project.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Provincial Development Working Party<\/a> (PDWP). He said connecting G.T Road from Banth to Thallian Interchange Motorway was economical, feasible, and viable.
