The contractor has been instructed to completely open the barrel on November 01 (today), so it may be used for road carpeting and wall finishing. As per the details shared, the authority intends to finish the construction of the Gulab Devi underpass two months ahead of schedule and open it to traffic on November 30. On the other hand, the overall cost of the Sheranwala flyover has been raised by PKR 23.4 million.
