These officials will visit the assigned site to gather information regarding market price of the property that the government intends to purchase for the road project. Additionally, to prevent land selling, section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 will be imposed.\u00a0 Furthermore, it was learned that the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has agreed to videotape the committee&#8217;s proceedings in order to make the process more transparent. On orders of Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar, the 38.3-kilometre-long ring road project is already part of the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pdwp-24-bn-rawalpindi-ring-road-project.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"80926\" target=\"_blank\">Annual development programme<\/a> at PKR 6.7 billion.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rawalpindi-ring-road-leh-expressway.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ring Road, Leh Expressway projects get RDA approval<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simultaneously, the RDA has started working on the Project Concept-1 (PC-1) of the RRR project that will be presented to the provincial government for final approval.
