The committee, which will be chaired by a retired High Court Judge or equivalent authority, will investigate and rule on the pertaining matters within 90 days of the application&#8217;s filing.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ihc-seek-report-on-compensations-made-to-cda-affectees.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IHC seeks CDA report on compensation payments made to affectees<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the meeting&#8217;s minutes, landowners whose land was acquired by CDA but wasn\u2019t compensated for, will be required to file an application with the board&#8217;s secretary. The secretary would get feedback on the application from the relevant authorities. This will be followed by the board&#8217;s decision within 90 days.
