A tender will be issued following the approval from the board.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pc-1-leh-expressway-land-acquisition.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PC-1 for Leh Expressway\u2019s land acquisition submitted for approval<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision was made during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rawalpindi-ring-road-leh-expressway.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"80962\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">57th RDA governing body meeting<\/a>, which was presided over by Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Syed Gulzar Hussain Shah and RDA Chairman Tariq Mehmood Murtaza. On the occasion, National Engineering Services Pakistan (Nespak) informed the participants of the meeting that the final plan to be forwarded to the PPP board calls for reducing the width of the Leh Expressway from 35-50 meters to 25-35 meters which will minimise the project&#8217;s land need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Read:<\/strong>  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rawalpindi-ring-road-leh-expressway.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ring Road, Leh Expressway projects get RDA approval<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Leh Expressway project has been in the pipeline for 16 years and was recently approved by the Central Development Working Party (CDWP) and the Punjab Planning and Development Board (P&amp;D).
