The formation of the department, on the other hand, is taking time. The bill for the newly constituted department&#8217;s legal standing has also been sent to the National Assembly (NA) for final approval.\u00a0 Furthermore, it was stated that the department&#8217;s primary goal would be to protect, retrieve, and use state land in a way that generates revenue and increases the value of the property.
