In a meeting scheduled for Thursday (November 25), the CDA board will take up the agenda of finalising the consultant firm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly, Khayaban-e-Iqbal is one of the busiest roads in Islamabad due to government offices and educational institutions near Shaheen Chowk. On the other hand, after the construction of apartment buildings and wedding marquees in E-11, the road faces traffic congestion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to CDA officials, after the completion of Margalla Road (from G.T. Road to Sangjani), the road will attract more traffic, which is why the construction of these interchanges is imperative. The CDA divided the project into three phases. In the first phase, a road will be constructed from G.T.
