Islamabad: The Park View City-Islamabad management has announced a remarkable discount of up to 30% for clients and plot allottees who pay their due instalments in November, according to a notification issued on the project’s official social media account. The discount offer is valid until November 30 for all the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Facebook post, the discount will be available to plot holders of C, J, K, Golf Estate, and Overseas Blocks. The following is a breakdown of the discounts available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspension of a late payment  surcharge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 5% discount will be given on payment of all overdue instalments of the plot<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 10% discount on advance payment of all instalments not due yet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 20% discount on advance instalment payments, as well as a 10% discount on clearing overdue instalments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
