It was also mentioned that the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/punjab-approves-uplift-package-for-gujrat.html\" target=\"_blank\">Gujrat city<\/a> was expanding towards the Kathala railway crossing, near the River Chenab, which demanded reconstruction of the road.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharing details about the project, Deputy Commissioner Mehtab Waseem Azhar revealed that the road will be constructed from Kathala Chenab to Rehmania Bridge and over the Bhimbher stormwater channel. Initially, PKR 250 million had been allocated for the project in Punjab\u2019s annual development budget.
