The campaign starting in December will bring an estimated 22 million people under the tax net through mass media campaigns, issuance of notices and registration drives.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fbr-reports-57-increase-in-number-of-tax-filers-in-ty-20.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FBR reports 57% increase in number of tax filers in TY-20<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details, it was revealed in a meeting chaired by Adviser on Finance and Revenue Shaukat Tarin that the data of potential tax defaulters and potential taxpayers has been compiled with the collaborative efforts of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/nadra-succession-one-window.html\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"77327\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)<\/a> and the FBR. NADRA has supplied information on 15 million potential taxpayers, while FBR has collected data on 7.2 million people.
