As a preventive step, the government would introduce legislation to legalise multi-story high-rise buildings and dwellings erected on state property that violated the city&#8217;s master plan. He stated that the law is the same as that of the Punjab government, which has constituted a commission to regularise 6,000 illegal housing developments.
