As per the details, the minister disclosed that work on the project will start in a few days at the cost of PKR 10 billion. He added that the project will be completed in 18 months. While talking about the Sehat Insaaf Card, Asad Umar revealed that every citizen of Rawalpindi and Islamabad will get the card under which they can avail medical treatments worth PKR 1 million in a year.
