As per the reports, the chairman stated at a seminar that the decision to commence these projects in Rawalpindi, at Ammar Chowk, Kutcherri Chowk, and Defence Chowk, one after the other, was made with the traffic load and continuity of traffic flow on these routes in mind. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ammar-chowk-rawalpindi-open-december.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ammar Chowk project <\/a>has been in the works for almost 12 years and has undergone significant design changes.
