Karachi: Governor Sindh Imran Ismail and Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah met on Wednesday (December 08) to discuss the proposed Sindh regularisation of the Construction Ordinance 2021, news sources reported. The Sindh government drafted the proposed ordinance to legalise and penalise unlawful constructions and housing plans erected on state property. The meeting took place after Sindh asked permission from Pakistan’s Supreme Court (SC) to form a commission similar to the one formed by Punjab to regulate 6,000 unlawful housing schemes.
